We make metal panels for custom vehicles such as door panels, kick panels, headliners, underhood panels, radiator core support, etc. 

We also make custom metal emblems, classic emblem replicas, glove box covers, signs, etc. 

We have been a LLC since 2022, but have over 10 years of fabrication experience. 

Most of our panels are made from .063 and/or .040 h14 3003 aluminum with the exception of our weld in style panels which are 18g cold rolled steel. We have also worked with Copper and Brass.

A Bead Roller is a machine tool that makes rigid lines in sheet metal to make surfaces more rugged and durable. The lines bead rollers add to sheet metal prevent warping and disfigurement by adding structural integrity to the metal. Bead rollers also can be used in an artistic and creative form by allowing metalworkers to create unique designs and patterns on metal.

We specialize in interior panels like door panels, kick panels, headliners, door sills, rocker panels, carpet trim, package trays, underhood panels, radiator core support, step plates, and gas tank delete panels. We also make firewalls, trans tunnels, inner fenders and other weld in type panels.

With any custom work it requires time to complete. One thing we do not do is rush jobs to get things done. Quality is out number one priority not quantity. We do try and give an estimated time for the customer before the order is placed but cannot guarantee an exact timeframe unfortunately.

We ship our panels worldwide, and we do all of our shipping in-house to ensure,to the best of our ability, that the packages arrive undamaged. We prefer that larger items such as headliners and underhood panels are picked up in person due to the high shipping cost. However, if you are unable to pick up please discuss options with us. 

There are some limitations involved with compound curves and other special shaped areas. We are always here to listen to your ideas and will offer our professional opinion.

We can make and install complete custom interiors if the customer wants to bring their vehicle to our shop.

No. We supply all sheet metal but in some special cases, can use the customers sheet metal if preferred as long as it is approved for use.

We accept cash and in some cases check. Most payments are made utilizing Square. We can email an invoice and it can be paid with a credit/debit card using Square's secure platform. Typically we require 50% of the total cost at the time the order is place and the remaining balance upon completion of the order. 

Like any type raw metal they can rust/corrode over time if not protected. We recommend using your favorite metal cleaner and protection for the type metal you’re using.

All panels that we make start out as a flat sheet of aluminum. Using our computer software, we design various panels, custom artwork and emblems to ensure precision. We also use our 4x8 CNC machine to engrave, drill holes, and cut the borders. We use the beadroller to handshape the metal making various patterns that add depth, structual integrity and artistic design.
